If you notice smoke, a burning smell, overheating, unexpected movement or damaged electrical parts, stop use and keep others away. Switch off and unplug only if it is safe to do so. Do not restart the equipment to reproduce the issue.

Use the contact or registration method in the official notice. For help identifying your Potupus equipment, email us the notice link and available product details. Keep a copy of the correspondence.

Complete the remedy
The notice determines the remedy, which may involve repair, replacement, refund or other instructions. Follow its return, collection or disposal directions. Do not sell or give away affected equipment.
