REPAIR & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Let’s find your
next step.

Help with a fault, a replacement part or setting up your equipment starts with your model and a conversation.

BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED

Start with the details.

  1. 01

    Identify your equipment

Find the model and serial number on the product label. Have your retailer, order reference, purchase date and ZIP or postal code ready. If something is missing, tell us what you do have.

  2. 02

    Describe the issue

Explain what happened and any error code already shown. Attach existing photos if helpful. Don’t run faulty equipment again to record a video or remove covers to investigate.

  3. 03

    Confirm the service plan

Ask support to confirm the appropriate next step, available parts or repair options, applicable coverage and any charges before arranging work or transport.

Smoke, overheating, unexpected movement or another safety concern? Stop using the equipment and follow the safety guidance.

CLOSER TO YOUR HOME

A regional network.
A clear point of contact.

Potupus’s U.S. and Canadian warehouse network supports regional fulfillment and after-sales assistance. Contact our team to confirm the service route for your model and location.

United States

Warehouse locations across California, Texas, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Canada

Warehouse network in the Edmonton (YEG), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), Toronto (YYZ) and Montréal (YUL) regions.

Service availability depends on your location, model and the applicable terms. Warehouse locations are not walk-in service or return addresses.

REPAIRS, RETURNS & TRANSPORT

Check before
you pack.

Large equipment needs a confirmed route. Before shipping to any warehouse or booking a carrier, obtain the instructions for your case from support or your seller.

Confirm these details first

  • Whether parts, an assessment or a return is appropriate.
  • The authorized destination and any case or return reference.
  • Packaging, pickup and handling requirements.
  • Who arranges transport, who pays freight and any service charges.
  • The estimated timing and how to follow up.

For retailer returns, use the return process and deadlines in your order. Contacting Potupus does not open a retailer return or extend its return window.

OWNERSHIP QUESTIONS

Know what to expect.

What service coverage comes with my product?
Potupus provides one year of service support, subject to the terms applicable to each product. Ask for the terms for your model and purchase. Service assistance does not mean every part, labor charge or shipment is free, and is separate from the seller’s return policy.
Can I arrange in-home assembly or installation?
Check the delivery and assembly options in the retailer listing before ordering. For help, send support your model and ZIP or postal code. In-home installation is not a confirmed standard Potupus service; availability, provider and charges must be confirmed before booking. Ask about delivery & assembly.
How do I get a replacement part?
Send the model, serial number if available, and a description or existing photo of the part. Ask support to confirm compatibility, availability, fitting instructions and any cost. Do not fit an unverified replacement or attempt electrical repairs yourself.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA?
This website does not process payments, and Potupus has not confirmed an HSA/FSA payment program. Check payment options with the retailer. Before using HSA/FSA funds or seeking reimbursement, ask your plan administrator about eligibility and required documentation; do not assume fitness equipment qualifies. Read the IRS medical-expense FAQs. Please do not send medical records to Potupus.
Where should I start with routine maintenance?
Use the manual matching your model and version for cleaning, belt care, lubrication and inspection instructions. Intervals and procedures vary by model. If the instructions are unclear or the equipment seems unsafe, stop and contact support. Find your user manual.
